Fun-to-Disappointing

I love the game, in fact I play it almost every day. I even purchased cash from you guys. Now, all of a sudden every day I me I try to play a game(season, head-to-head, Live Events) it just loads... THEN JUMPS TO MY iPhone HOME SCREEN!!! What is this!? I am not happy EA Sports!!!
