Its crashing for me

This is my favorite mobile game for me but when I get into a live event,season,or league tournament I start up the game and all it does is has the players standing still and the inbounder with the ball trying to pass but doesnt let me and after I hit the pass button after a few times it just closes my app(PLEASE FIX!)
