Not playable

So I downloaded the game a few minutes ago, and I’ll load up into the logo screen after the EA logo, and a blank notification pops up in the middle of the screen. It doesn’t say anything. And it allows me the option to click “Ok.” So I did. The message pops up again after a second and it’ll continue to do this. I’m not sure if this problem is occurring for anyone else, or if it’s just me. Please make this playable. Thank you.
