Fun Game... but season mode is tragically flawed

This game has a nice concept and would be extremely fun if it wasn’t so badly created, specifically season mode, I played all the way to season 9 and I’m still playing against the worst players on every team. Instead of playing against good players I’m playing against entirely silver lineups with no players that actually start. This wasn’t a problem initially but it is getting to the point where I am giving up on the game.
