I’m stuck on one of the New Years events and it won’t give me credit for winning.

I’m on the 8th of the 12 things on the New Years events and I have won it like 8 times and it says that I lost it every time. I have even deleted and downloaded the game back and it still doesn’t give me credit for winning so I am locked out of the other events.
