EA bans large amount of accounts without proper investigation
I have been playing this game since the summer of 2016. I like the game in many aspects, including collecting players, building your own teams, competing with other people, collaborating in league with friends.... I am a f2p player and sometimes I could grind to get good rewards. Everything (players, coins, reputations...) in my account is built up from the time I spent everyday in one and an half years. I also organized a league with a bunch of people competing with other leagues everyday. Even though there are so many bugs and game crashes, I felt still ok.
I played fairly and just enjoyed the fun. I DIDN’T do anything that violated the term of services of EA. However, EA just banned my account without a proper reason! And I am not the only one, and there are large of people got banned like me! Many of us tried to contact them and we got either no reply or a reply without any true reasons. Our accounts just gone.
Believe or not, that is how EA will treat everyone. What I can say is, if you don’t want to make troubles to refund from App Store in the future, then don’t buy anything in game. If you don’t want to complain here like me in the future, then don’t download this game or spend any time on it.
